- —24–48 hours before: 50% refund or free reschedule.
- —Less than 24 hours: no refund. One paid reschedule at 50%.
- —No-show: no refund.
Academy cohorts
- —14+ days before: full refund minus ₹2,000 administrative fee.
- —7–14 days before: 50% refund.
- —Within 7 days: no refund. One free deferral to a subsequent cohort.
Membership
Monthly membership cancellable any time before the next billing date. No long-term commitment.
